Hannah Radcliff
Senior Video Editor // Post-Production Generalist
Meet “The Wizard”.
Hi, I’m Hannah Radcliff (she/her), and I am a senior editor with 17 years of experience delivering high-end commercial and independent video production for global brands like Dell Technologies, Alienware, and Toyota. During my eight-year tenure as a senior editor at Dell Blue, I specialized in editorial while also having mastered the full post production stack from first cut through final delivery.
Bringing me into a team means adopting a team member with knowledge of every step of the production pipeline. My approach to projects isn’t just aesthetic, it’s systematic because I know how my will impact the next pair of hands it touches. And I understand the steps that came before it and can help inform time and budget-saving measures that make a difference before any footage even reaches my canvas.
I can also be scaled up or down, functioning as one small part of a larger post production team, or handling turnkey projects. My experience at Dell ran the gamut from doing just editorial on a social media campaign, to diving in starting at the concept phase to pre-visualize, direct, edit, and finish VFX heavy spots like the Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor product video. My reputation was running nimble shoots that delivered quality with constrained budgets, often coming in under time and under budget.
I have been dubbed “The Wizard” on more than one project. When it happens consistently, that says something about what you get when you work with me.
What’s in my toolbox
-
Working with Adobe Premiere Pro, I understand pacing, story structure, hooks, and well-timed emotional beats. I’ve worked on just about every type of media including short films, documentaries, brand stories, social campaigns, customer testimonials, commercials, event videos, and product walkthroughs.
Most notably, I directed and edited an influencer campaign for Dell Technologies featuring Little Chonk and Basbaas Foods, for which my team built around 75 short and long form deliverables that saturated Dell’s social feeds and garnered thousands of likes.
Oftentimes an edit involves pacing cuts to music and finding the right track to do it justice. No matter what I’m editing, I aim for retention and emotional resonance, and that all happens in the edit bay.
-
I use Adobe After Effects for touch ups large and small, as well as green screen compositing, rotoscoping (with the help of Boris Mocha Pro), object replacement, 3D camera tracking/3D object placement, particle simulations and other special effects, and more. I’ve also incorporated Runway, Flow Studio, and Higgsfield into my workflow for matte generation and cleanup work.
I am also capable of simple and kinetic text animation, UX simulations, and motion graphics, often bringing Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator into the fold. My editorial and animation work has been displayed across five jumbo screens at Dell Technologies World (2023 and 2025).
-
I’m knowledgeable of underlying color science and do advanced color correction in DaVinci Resolve. Sometimes simple color adjustments can be achieved in Adobe Premiere with its built-in Lumetri tools.
Offlining and onlining edits is a natural extension of working in DaVinci. Maintaining a tight organizational structure is critical throughout the process but especially when an edit reaches these steps; it often means a projects is handed off to another post professional to complete.
While I am capable of taking an edit from concept to edit through delivery, I’m also very used to working as part of a larger team. Having knowledge of every steps guarantees attention to detail and seamless handoff and return of project files and assets.
