Previs for DTW2025
For Dell Technologies World 2025, the production required massive-scale motion graphics and high-volume, on-site virtual production. The project demanded a solution for a five-part keynote animation spanning a 20,000-pixel wide multi-screen canvas, alongside the technical execution of 19 high-profile customer stories.
Massive-Scale Motion Graphics
Collaborating with Kip Farrar, I delivered editorial and animation for the main keynote openers, engineered specifically for a wrap-around, 20,000px display environment.
On-Site Virtual Production (DP, environment artist, & Technical Coordinator)
I served as the Director of Photography and Technical Coordinator for 19 customer interviews. We utilized dual LED screen setups with custom-built Unreal Engine environments to create realistic, consistent backdrops for every story.
Pre-Visualization & Blueprinting
I used Unreal Engine to pre-visualize the welcome center and interview spaces. This provided a vital digital blueprint for designers and technicians, ensuring 100% alignment between the creative concept and the physical on-site build.
The Result
A cohesive, high-fidelity visual experience that scaled across both the massive keynote stage and intimate customer narratives. The use of Unreal Engine for previs and on-site backgrounds reduced production overhead while elevating the visual consistency of Dell's flagship annual event.
