Dell Technologies launched a social media campaign across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn featuring two Brooklyn-based small businesses, Little Chonk—a dog backpack company with 1.3mil followers on Instagram—and Basbaas Foods, which features heirloom sauce recipes from Africa.
The campaign’s goal was to tell organic stories highlighting peripherals, illustrating how Dell is speeding up workflows for small business owners both at home and on-the-go. The deliverables included long-form stories and a series of snackable socials that were shared across both Dell and featured business accounts, making a massive impact.
The spots were filmed at their home residences and across several locations across Brooklyn, NYC. To emulate organic social media posts, we filmed on phones and DJI Osmo pocket-sized cameras in addition to our production cameras. Our portable approach was also perfect for capturing behind-the-scenes footage and random shots of NYC.
